Please note: These mindfulness sessions will take place twice a week for 8 weeks at your chosen times. Click the button below to begin scheduling the dates and times that suit you best. All sessions will be done virtually through zoom for 60-90 minutes so please choose times where you won't be disturbed and you can dedicate to this practice.
